For the first time in three years, our annual CEO & Executive Leadership Conference was held in person again, providing a chance for senior leaders to discover new industry trends, network with peers, and get business-forward insights.

“Leading the way — forward together,” this year’s theme, focused on collaborating and innovating for the future. Working together is critical in strengthening our industry, especially on key priorities including diversity and sustainability. Together, we can share ideas and best practices and lead the way to a better future for our employees, communities, and businesses.

Being in person again allowed attendees to join us at the beautiful White Oaks Conference Resort & Spa in Niagara-on-the-Lake to see keynote speakers who delved into the issues and opportunities affecting our members and sector. FHCP was also pleased to award Margaret Hudson and Jamie Moody with the 2022 Award of Distinction to recognize their contributions to both FHCP and our industry.
