FHCP’s annual CEO & Executive Leadership Conference once again brought together senior executives from across Canada’s food, health, and consumer products sector for two days of connection, insight, and strategic reflection in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

This year’s theme, Leading Forward, focused on the skills and mindset required to guide teams and organizations through an increasingly complex landscape. Attendees heard from an exceptional lineup of speakers who explored leadership, innovation, trust, global trends, transformation, and organizational resilience — offering timely perspectives on how to navigate change and drive growth in a fast-moving economy.

Beyond the mainstage, the conference provided meaningful opportunities for leaders to exchange ideas, strengthen relationships, and reflect on shared priorities for the sector. From dynamic panel discussions to informal conversations throughout the venue, participants engaged deeply on issues shaping the future of Canada’s CPG industry.

FHCP was also proud to honour Peter Luik, President of Dare Foods Canada, as the recipient of this year’s prestigious Award of Distinction. His longstanding leadership, industry commitment, and contributions to advancing Canada’s food, health, and consumer products sector were recognized and celebrated by peers across the industry.
