Confidentiality Agreement

Information developed and issued by FHCP and marked as confidential is developed for distribution to FHCP Member companies and Associate Program companies only. Associate Program and member-only information, such as FHCP Member Alerts, are meant for internal use only (i.e. the staff of these companies), and not for external distribution or discussion. Any information labelled as confidential must not be distributed beyond the organization or individual without FHCP's written consent. Many FHCP documents are protected by copyright, and law prohibits unauthorized reproduction in any form including via email. In addition, members and Associate Program companies pay for such information and are entitled to the exclusive use of that information.

The Associate Program company agrees to hold as confidential any contact, personal or business information for FHCP Members and other Associate Program companies that are acquired as a result of their participation in the FHCP Associate Program. The Program company will not collect, use, or disclose this information either during or after the termination of their FHCP relationship, for marketing, sales, or solicitation purposes of any kind, either verbal or otherwise. Furthermore, the Associate Program company will take reasonable precautions to ensure such information is not improperly or accidentally collected by, used by, or disclosed to an agent or employee of the program company.
