With over 20 years experience in the Pension and Benefits industry, Joanna Gomes has worked through all levels of business administration and is currently Sr. Manager of Total Rewards at Bimbo Canada, the country’s largest and oldest bakery, serving Canada for over 100 years.  Joanna is passionate about educated pension and benefit professionals being agents of change in this industry as well as being a force of good for an organization's most valuable asset - their people.
