Michelle Moore

Michelle is accountable for developing and executing business strategy to achieve HORN's growth goals, and for overseeing the day-to-day operations of HORN's business including sales, marketing, design, delivery, project services, human resources, IT, and operations.

Michelle has over 25 years of experience working globally with leaders at all levels to help them improve business results by leading and implementing practices related to strategic planning, innovation, leadership, sales effectiveness, culture transformation, and change management. She also has specific expertise regarding the impact of technology on organizations, teams and people, and leveraging human capital to drive innovation and transformation in the digital era.

In her consulting and facilitation engagements, Michelle draws on experience working with numerous leading worldwide organizations across multiple sectors, as well as her own experience as a senior leader in global financial and professional services companies.

After studying psychology at the University of Western Ontario (BA), Michelle continued learning throughout her career and further completed a Certificate in Training and Development and Diploma in Adult Learning. Most recently, she has completed online programs Leaders in Learning (HarvardX), Shaping the Future of Work (MITx) and Leading High Performing Teams (UQx). Michelle also holds numerous certifications including EQi (Emotional Intelligence), Hogan, DISC, Situational Leadership, SPIN selling, and Miller Heiman.
