Howard Lichtman
Partner & Co-Founder, Ethnicity Multicultural Marketing + Advertising

Howard Lichtman is a co-founding Partner of Ethnicity Matters. Prior to Ethnicity, Howard was the President of The Lightning Group and Executive Vice President of Marketing Communications at Cineplex. He is also responsible for all of the marketing, programming and sponsorship for the Taste of the Danforth. He also served as the CMO of the Ethnic Channels Group- Canada's largest distributor of Ethnic Channels from home. He created the American Express Front of the Line program, transformed cinemas from being just movie theatres to being media outlets with launch of screen advertising and he has sold the largest sponsorship to live theatre in history - $15 million to Amex, Pepsi and Labatt.

Howard is JD and MBA, and has taught a course at Ryerson on How to Launch an e-Business.  He is an angel investor in the Interior Design Show, Sensibill, NXM Labs, DotHealth, MediSeen, LifeWire, Geogram, My Broker Bee, Halvana and NISE Technologies. In addition, he is a member of the Schulich School of Business Global Management Program's "Devil's Advocate" Panel.  He also serves as a Judge of The Global Hult Competition. He has served on numerous non-profit Boards, including as the Vice Chair of the Board of the Ontario Science Centre. Howard currently serves on the Board of Governors of Exhibition Place. He is also very active with the Schulich School of Business.

Bobby Sahni

Bobby Sahni is a veteran and thought-leader in the multicultural marketing and advertising industry. Bobby was the Head of Multicultural Marketing at Rogers Communications and has been a pioneer in developing, executing and managing diversity and multicultural marketing initiatives for a number of best-in-class organizations. He is Co-Founder and Partner at Ethnicity Matters - a multicultural marketing & advertising agency dedicated to helping companies drive new growth and sales by engaging North America’s fast growing, big spending ethnic and new immigrant communities. 

Bobby has earned national and international recognition for his work and thought leadership. Bobby also loves teaching, having guest-lectured at many universities and regularly speaks at industry events and conferences across North America. Bobby has also served a variety of advisory boards including Imagine Canada, Seva Food Bank, Road Hockey to Conquer Cancer and Credit Valley Conservation Foundation. Most recently, Bobby was elected to the Hockey Canada Board of Directors and is on a mission to help grow the game of hockey for all Canadians. Bobby earned his MBA from the global Kellogg-Schulich Executive MBA program with cross-cultural studies in Hong Kong, Germany, Miami, Chicago and Toronto. He also holds a Bachelor of Science & Business degree from the University of Waterloo.

As a member of the Canadian Leadership Team, Krista leads our efforts around Strategy and Insights.  Krista is focused on extending Nielsen capabilities in Canada to enable greater impact for our clients.  Additionally Krista has oversight of several Nielsen Practice Areas, including Consumer & Shopper, Marketing Effectiveness and Innovation, all focussed on driving client outcomes that facilitate the building and management of successful brands.  Krista has been a member of the Canadian Professional Services Team for over 15 years, progressing through roles focused on analytics, client leadership and team leadership.
