Angie Arvanitis is an experienced Customer Supply Chain Director with a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, demand planning and customer service . With over 12 years of experience in the industry, she has successfully led teams in optimizing supply chain efficiency, improving customer satisfaction, and driving cost-effective distribution strategies.

Angie is known for fostering cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations, and procurement teams to align business goals with supply chain capabilities.

Angie holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Concordia University and supply chain management certification. Passionate about continuous improvement, she is committed to driving excellence in customer service, order fulfillment and operational efficiency.
 

Gary Bogdani
Head of Horizon3 AI Innovation Labs, Unilever Canada Inc.

With a background in Engineering, Gary is a Data and AI leader with more than 25 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Technology in the CPG sector. Through strategic and thought leadership, he has helped create a strong vision for a transformation through analytics agenda for Unilever in North America, leading a multi-year roadmap to further advance the use of AI in business decision making.

Errol Cerit
Executive Vice President, Industry, Public Affairs & Membership Development, Food, Health & Consumer Products of Canada

Errol is the Executive Vice President of Food, Health & Consumer Products of Canada (FHCP) the national trade association representing Canada’s food, health, and consumer goods manufacturers. 

Errol has been with FHCP for 10 years and currently leads FHCP’s Industry , Public Affairs and Membership Development efforts, focusing on providing members with critical insights on the Canadian grocery trade environment and working with members on industry initiatives that enable companies to reduce costs and improve service to their customers.  

Prior to joining FHCP, Errol spent 13 years at Loblaw in various progressive roles in Engineering, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Retail Operations. Errol also worked for Bombardier’s Aerospace division, and led a boutique consulting firm focusing on distribution and network efficiencies. 

Errol is a professional engineer and has an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Toronto.

With over 31 years at PepsiCo Canada, Ron Clark has cultivated a distinguished career spanning both the Foods and Beverages businesses. As Senior Director, Go-to-Market and Transformation, he plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that optimize business efficiency, fuel growth, and shape the future of the organization.

Beyond his professional contributions, Ron is deeply committed to fostering an inclusive workplace. Patricia Thaine

Patricia Thaine is a Computer Science PhD Candidate at the University of Toronto and a Vector Institute alumna doing research on privacy-preserving natural language processing, with a focus on applied cryptography. She also does research on computational methods for lost language decipherment. Patricia is a recipient of the NSERC Postgraduate Scholarship, the RBC Graduate Fellowship, the Beatrice “Trixie” Worsley Graduate Scholarship in Computer Science, and the Ontario Graduate Scholarship. Bryce Tonner

Bryce Tonner currently holds the role of Vice President Supply Chain, and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team at Kruger Products.  Bryce has held various roles in sales and supply chain at Kruger since 2005. Bryce is also a member of the FHCP Supply Chain Council.

Bryce has a Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies from the University of Western Ontario, an MBA from Ryerson (Toronto Metropolitan University), and a Masters Certificate in Supply Chain and Logistics from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
