Nilam Ganenthiran SVP, Business Development & Strategy, Instacart As SVP of Business Development & Strategy at Instacart, Nilam leads Instacart’s efforts to develop sustainable partnerships with retailers, consumer packaged good manufacturers, content providers, payment processors and other technology start-ups. Under Nilam’s leadership, Instacart has grown from a 10-person start-up with 100 personal shoppers across San Francisco to its position today as the largest same-day grocery service in the country with serving 135+ grocers across 34 U.S. markets with 18,000+ personal shoppers.
Prior to joining Instacart, Nilam served Grocery, Mass Merchandise and Drug Store clients as a Management Consultant with A.T. Kearney’s Consumer Retail practice. As a consultant, Nilam focused on working with clients on omnichannel strategy, merchandising effectiveness, goods-for-resale procurement, and G&A expense optimization.
Nilam began his career in Shopper Marketing and Brand Management with Procter & Gamble, where he worked on household brands such as Pampers and Iams.
Nilam is a graduate of York University’s Schulich School of Business, and also holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Chris Hamilton President, Chris is the President of Mars Canada. He is passionate about the sustainability and growth of our well-known brands and local manufacturing.
Prior to joining Mars over 11 years ago, he held various Marketing, Sales and Customer Marketing and Category roles at Kraft, Pepsico and P&G. Before joining the corporate world, he spent 7 years as a small business entrepreneur building, buying, and selling businesses in the Service Industry.
In his last role at Mars Inc., he led the Private Label and Value Brands business as GM Exclusive Brands in Franklin, TN. In 2014, he returned home to Canada to assume his current role while maintaining a position within the North American Petcare Leadership Team. He also sits on the; PEDIGREE™ Foundation Board, is the Chairman of the Pet Food Institute and is on the FCPC Board of Directors.

Hardeep Kharaud SVP, Market Merchandising & Promotions, Loblaw Companies Limited Hardeep Kharaud is Senior Vice-President, Replenishment at Loblaw Companies Limited.
Hardeep’s team is responsible for managing replenishment of all categories as well as leveraging technology to improve the accuracy of orders into our distribution centres through to our stores. He is also accountable for store to shelf replenishment, retail facing support and improving the accuracy of demand forecast.
Hardeep joined Loblaw as a student in 1992 and held progressively senior roles in our stores, our Cambridge distribution centre and joined the team at our head office in 2001. An engineer by trade, he has held positions in Network and Facility design, Project Management, Operational Improvement and Fresh Replenishment. Hardeep was promoted to Vice-President Fresh Replenishment in 2011 and to Senior Vice-President Replenishment in 2017.
A graduate of Ryerson University, Hardeep received a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. In his spare time, Hardeep likes to spend time with his wife – Sarah – and four children – Arjan, Taran, Ayla and Lilja – at their home in Kitchener, Ontario.

Britta Lesaux CEO, Philips Canada Britta Lesaux is a Montreal native and McGill University graduate who began her career with 3M 19 years ago. Since then, Britta has enjoyed a broad and diverse career with 3M, including sales and marketing leadership roles in 3M's Health Care business, as well as executive leadership of the company's operations side. Britta has travelled the globe, working with many of 3M's 72 international subsidiaries, on the deployment of a new shared services model to support the company's customer facing operations. Britta devotes any free time she has to her passion for running, fitness, tennis and golf. For the past four years, Britta has held executive leadership responsibility for 3M consumers packaged goods business in Canada.

Daniel Myers Executive Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain, Mondelez International Inc. Daniel Myers is Executive Vice President; Integrated Supply Chain, leading Mondelēz International, Inc.’s Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Customer Service and Logistics groups, which represent more than 70,000 of the company’s employees. Daniel held the same position at Kraft Foods Inc., the predecessor to Mondelēz International, since he joined the company in September 2011. The spin-off of the company’s North American grocery operations occurred in October of 2012. Under Daniel’s leadership, Mondelez has funded a major reinvention of worldwide supply chain with a goal of delivering over $3 billion in savings over 3 years.
Prior to Kraft Foods, Daniel worked for Procter & Gamble for 33 years, serving in roles across all areas of the Supply Chain. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Product Supply, where he led the supply chain function for P&G’s Global Hair Care business. He also was responsible for coordinating the company’s $28 billion Beauty & Grooming business. He led P&G’s Customer Service and Logistics operations including the integration of the Gillette acquisition.
Daniel has strong experience building supply chains in emerging markets. He has 18 years’ experience in global category and platform management, worked in 52 countries, and lived outside the U.S. for more than 10 years. He has worked in all functions in end to end supply chain operations. He has led the successful implementation of best practices in supply chain including HPO, Total Quality and Lean Six Sigma.
Daniel received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee and serves on the board of the Global Supply Chain Institute at the University of Tennessee’s School of Business and is on the Global Board of GS1.

Fotios Raptis Senior International Economist, TD Fotios Raptis is the senior international economist with TD economics. With over 10 years of experience as a professional economist, his current research interests include developments in the European, Japanese, and emerging market economies. Before joining TD economics last year he was with the Bank of Canada for over five years where he was responsible for producing economic forecasts of the Canadian, U.S. and emerging market economies.

She oversees the research and client advisory across channels and trends, helping brands navigate Canada's dynamic selling landscape. This includes guiding brands on shoppers' evolving demands and behaviors, and the impact of digital technology on retailers' strategies and brands' positioning. She is a sought after speaker and trainer, providing guidance to numerous Fortune 500 CPG companies across North America.
