Deborah Arcoleo Director, Product Transparency, The Hershey Company Deborah Arcoleo is Director of Product Transparency for The Hershey Company. She is responsible for leading the company's efforts to meet consumers' demands for transparent, accurate and timely product information in audience-relevant language. Deb has played a leadership role for the past several years in Hershey's work to leverage mobile and web technology to bring shoppers comprehensive product information through QR codes on its packaging - the SmartLabel™ program. She recently spearheaded the launch of Sourcemap, an interactive tool which allows people to trace the origins of key ingredients for Hershey's Milk Chocolate with Alomnds and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
Formerly, she ran Hershey's Innovation Center of Excellence to enable innovation capabilities, unleash creativity and ensure a healthy portfolio of beyond product innovation across the enterprise. She has held innovation positions with Campbell Soup Company, J&J Consumer Group of Companies and Pfizer Consumer Healthcare. She also founded and ran her own organization effectiveness and change management consulting firm for six years, and spent 14 years in the management consulting profession, including four years at McKinsey & Company.
Deb has a BA in Economics from Indiana University in Bloomington and an MA in Organization Design and Effectiveness from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara.

Doug Baker Vice President, Industry Relations, Private Brands & Technology, FMI (Food Marketing Institute) Doug Baker is a food retail industry relations vice president for the Food Marketing Institute where he facilitates professional, non-competitive collaboration among member communities across private brands, technology and asset protection issue areas.
In addition to his oversight of the private brands council and their efficiency-driven initiatives to encourage brand owner innovation, Doug also leads FMI's Technology Board data quality efforts related to omnichannel commerce, EMV, and cyber readiness initiatives. Prior to FMI, Doug began his career in the food retail industry in 1984 as a bagger with Fry's Food Stores. His 33+ years in food retail have included leadership roles at Fry's, Kraft/Nabisco and Federated Foods with focuses on retail operations, consumer packaged goods manufacturing and private brand development and marketing.

Patrizia Barone Head of Regulatory Affairs Americas, Unilever Canada Inc. Dr. Patrizia Barone is the Regional Regulatory Affairs Vice President at Unilever, leading the strategic regulatory activities for the North American region and Global Foods & Refreshment categories. Before joining Unilever, Patrizia held positions at Reckitt Benckiser, initially as Vice President of R&D for North America. She moved to Australia to head the Asia Pacific & South Asia R&D Laboratory, and upon her return held positions culminating as Global R&D Category Group Director - Regulatory Affairs & R&D Systems, responsible for product safety and regulatory strategies for all products globally. Earlier, Patrizia worked with Colgate-Palmolive and Miles, Inc. Household Products Division, a division of Bayer AG.
Patrizia has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Maryland College Park and a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C.

Abbie Bys Director of Product , Label Insight Abbie Bys believes in the mission of helping consumers understand what's in the products they use and consume through technology & transparency. In 2015, she left her role in product at Analyte Health to take the role of office manager at Label Insight®, because the company had a mission statement she believed in. Abbie now serves as the Director of Product and has been fundamental to the development of the SmartLabel™ initiative and Label Insight's industry leading solution for it. Abbie also lead the development of the Label Insight Publisher™ platform, which today deliver's the industry's fastest time to publish SmartLabel pages while offering unmatched flexibility for brand's evolving data and transparency needs. Abbie lives in Chicago, IL.

Tim Goudie Director, Social Commitment Marketing, The Coca-Cola Company Tim Goudie first joined The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) in 2001 in Strategic Brand Marketing managing the Sprite & Barqs Root Beer brands based out of Toronto, Canada. He then expanded his experience into Sports Marketing based out of Atlanta, USA where he managed sports properties such as the NBA, FIFA, EURO, Olympic Games and Rugby World Cup, all for the Asia Pacific Region.
Tim then contributed to the establishment of the first Global Interactive Marketing Department at The Coca-Cola Company helping to build internal skills & capabilities around digital marketing. Soon after that he took up a Regional Marketing role based out of Cairo, Egypt which just happened to coincide with the “Arab Spring” uprising! “Tear Gas, Twitter and Tahrir Square”.
Tim's more recent experiences included establishing and managing global partnerships with Google, Facebook and Microsoft for The Coca-Cola Company aimed at opening up new shared value and delivering digital media efficiencies. Most recently he has been responsible for pioneering new ways of 'Telling our Sustainability Stories' as part of the Global Sustainability Marketing Team. Through a series of social media campaigns they have been able to prove that sharing and spreading sustainability stories drove strong increases in both Brand Love and Company Trust.
Tim is currently the Director of Social Commitment for Coca-Cola North America. In this role, Tim is building and executing strategies and plans that protect and grow trust in our company and brands with consumes, associates and stakeholders, ultimately building category acceptance and purchase intent for our portfolio of beverages.

Nicole Gourley Senior Vice President, Industry Relations, GS1 Canada Nicole Gourley is Senior Vice President of Operations for GS1 Canada. She is responsible for managing an existing client base of over 20,000 members. Nicole is also responsible for managing the deployment of new and enhanced solutions which support global standards and which optimize B2B2C business processes between trading partners across the grocery, foodservice, general merchandise and healthcare sectors. Most recently, Nicole led the design and implementation of an eCommerce Industry Managed Solution that supports the grocery and general merchandise sectors by providing the necessary content to optimize member's websites. This service is currently leveraged by retailers such as Loblaws, Metro, Sobey's and Walmart to name a few,

Todd Hufford Director, Global Digital Enablement & Operations, The Kellogg Company Todd joined Kellogg in 2008 and now leads the global digital marketing operations group. Todd's areas of focus include marketing capability development, brand protection, and Kellogg's SmartLabel™ efforts. In addition, Todd has also held roles in the sales and e-commerce teams. Prior to joining Kellogg, Todd worked in advertising in the account service and creative areas. Todd has lead work for brands in the animal health, medical, furniture, and automotive industries. Todd is active in the community, serving as the President of the Portage Athletic Foundation, Co-chair of the Western Michigan University School of Communication External Advisory Board and as a youth hockey and softball coach.
Todd has been married for 24 years to his wife Laura and they have three kids, Alex (20), Katie (16) and Zach (14).

Steve Mavity Senior Vice President, Quality Assurance, Clover Leaf Seafoods Corp Steve Mavity is currently Senior Vice President - Technical Services and Corporate Quality for Bumble Bee Foods. He has held this position since August of 2005 and as a member of the company's senior leadership team, leads the company's Quality, Regulatory, Consumer Response and Research & Development programs. He has 34 years of experience in the management of Quality, Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, Consumer Affairs and the management of change in a career that spans positions with Quaker Oats, Pepsico, Merisant and Bumble Bee Foods. In addition to leading these internal efforts, Steve is active in various technical groups within Grocery Manufacture's Association and National Fisheries Institute where he has focused upon traceability and food defense initiatives. Steve chaired the GMA Food Defense Committee for two years and currently chairs the FSMA Intentional Adulteration Working Group, is a member of the SRAC and SRAC Executive Committee, as well as, several GMA committees and working groups. He led NFI's development and launch of the US Seafood Traceability Implementation Guide in 2010 and 2011 and currently is a member of the GS1 Retail Grocery Initiative Executive Leadership Committee. Steve is also a member of Institute of Food Technologists and has participated in IFT's traceability initiatives as a member of its 2011 Traceability Advisory Board and as a member of the 2012 IFT/FDA Processed Food Traceability Pilot Oversight Panel providing guidance and comment to IFT on the development, execution and reporting of this important project mandated by the Food Safety Modernization Act for FDA. He has participated on IFT's Advisory Council for the Global Food Traceability Center. Steve is also a member of Momentum Food and Beverage Exchange Advisory Board. He has a degree in biochemistry from Purdue University.

Maryann Moschides Chief Marketing Officer & General Manager, Scanbuy, Inc. Maryann Moschides is Chief Marketing Officer at Scanbuy. She is responsible for sales and marketing, planning and the management of all branding, as well as public relations and corporate communication functions. Maryann manages Scanbuy's mobile engagement and SmartLabel products and services, working with enterprise clients to launch QR codes on packages, and engage consumers. In addition, she leads the company's membership roles at GMA, FMI and FCPC associations.
Prior to joining Scanbuy, Maryann founded Zayle Marketing, and held key executive roles at a variety of companies, including Red Planet Media, NextWave Wireless, Brience, Data on Air and UPS. Maryann earned her MBA in business administration at Mount Saint Mary College.

Jennifer Rosenberg Worldwide Director. Digital Engagement, Colgate Palmolive Jennifer Rosenberg has been with Colgate-Palmolive for 20 years, and is currently the Worldwide Director of Digital Engagement for all 37,000 Colgate People worldwide. Jennifer spent the first portion of her Colgate career in Marketing, working first in Colgate's US subsidiary, where she managed businesses across the company's core categories of Oral Care, Personal Care and Home Care. Jennifer then transitioned to Colgate's Oral Care Global Marketing department where she led the expansion strategy and business development of Colgate's global mouthwash business. In her current role leading Digital Engagement, Jennifer is responsible for Colgate's Intranet design, development, and implementation as well as for the company's digital communication and collaboration tools - driving both implementation and adoption.

James Tomlinson Enterprise Account Executive , Label Insight James Tomlinson has always been passionate about food and how we decide what to put in our bodies. James started his career at General Mills leading the production team that made Progresso Soup, before switching to sales within food service. In 2014, James joined Label Insight as one of the first 15 employees after recognizing his passion aligned directly with the company's mission of helping consumers understand what's in the products they use and consume. James was instrumental in the early days of product transparency, educating brands on the merits of transparency and using SmartLabel as the vehicle to support their transparency goals. James is an enterprise account executive for Label Insight.
