The session will review a recent Canadian consumer insight study that explores the impact of COVID 19 on consumer behaviour, and the resulting challenges this presents for CPG companies in relation to supply chain planning.
Participants will benefit from an overview of planning capabilities, ranging from foundational practices through best practices enabled by AI/ML.
The session will close with a case study that demonstrates new principles for the next generation of supply planning that will enable companies to be agile and responsive and meet changing customer expectations.

Rajiv Sujan Senior Director, Supply Chain Transformation, Rajiv is a Senior Director in PwC Canada's supply chain transformation team with a primary focus in the fast moving consumer foods and the food sector in particular. He works with his clients from upfront strategy, roadmap and business case development through implementation across all areas of supply chain including planning, procurement, logistics and distribution. Rajiv has also worked with a number of his clients to find opportunities to optimize their distribution networks in Canada in order to improve service, reduce costs and support growth aspirations.
