Manny Campione, CHRL, CHRP is the Market Leader and Senior Principal in our Compensation and Performance practice in Toronto. Over the past 25 years, he has worked across multiple industries in Human Resources building and leading teams in total rewards, talent management, organizational performance and leadership development.

He has North American and global consulting experience with Hewitt Associates in addition to industry experience with Canadian Tire, CIBC, LoyaltyOne, Scotiabank and Starbucks.

Darcy joined the Normandin Beaudry team as a Principal in the Toronto Rewards practice. Prior to joining Normandin Beaudry, Darcy spent 18 years as a reward’s advisory practitioner at Willis Towers Watson.

Darcy has a great deal of experience in both the execution of compensation surveys and compensation advisory support, providing advice to clients in the areas of custom survey design and management, along with interpretations and findings. Darcy also advises clients across a broad range of industries on the market competitiveness and design of director, executive and broad-based employee compensation programs. He assists in the development of compensation philosophies and pay strategies/programs that link pay with performance and assesses compensation interests that support organizational strategies.
