Nancy Dewar is a partner at Lighthouse NINE in Toronto who supports our Leadership Development and Coaching discipline. She also works closely with colleagues in High Performance Teams, Sales Effectiveness, Culture and Engagement as well as bringing deep knowledge in delivering customer and employee experiences.

Nancy has over 25 years of expertise leading, coaching and training teams of people, on both the client and agency side. Nancy creates lasting impact in all her work. She is a Professional Certified Coach who has designed and lead several global corporate coaching programs with clients in the Automotive, CPG, Hospitality and Pharmaceutical industries. She has also led the design and execution of several employee and customer experience initiatives helping clients to build retention and overall customer satisfaction.

Nancy’s career includes holding senior leadership positions, in both sales and L&D roles, at organizations such as Nestle, Mosaic, Schick, and Match Marketing Group. She most recently led Global CX and EX initiatives both designing and facilitating internationally.  Nancy has served on numerous boards and councils including the ICF Toronto and Women in Leadership.

At Lighthouse NINE, Nancy works passionately to create strategic solutions to improve organizational performance through people.
