Leslie’s career to date has prepared her to spearhead continued development and profitability in a variety of executive roles. She has taken on and successfully met challenges in senior positions spanning Sales, Operations, General Management and Human Resources – culminating in the role of CEO for ABM Canada. Leslie attended Queen’s University and earned a Bachelor’s of Commerce degree. She then joined the Conference Board of Canada as a Research Associate to Dr. James Nininger, working with him to launch the Compensation Research Center.
