Advertising Industry Commits to New Food and Beverage Code and Guide to Deliver on Government's Objectives on Advertising to Children

Toronto, June 28, 2021 — FHCP and its members are proud to comply with Code for the Responsible Advertising of Food and Beverage Products to Children, adding to other relevant laws and regulations to enhance protections for children with the advertising to adults. The Food and Beverage Advertising Code meets or exceeds the latest Health Canada recommendations.
