In partnership with PwC, FCPC provides a free, monthly Supply Chain KPI Scorecard, This member-exclusive scorecard sends you individualized, aggregated reports based on three KPIs: fill rates, on-time delivery and on-time pick-up. Customer Investment Benchmark Study
Join the most comprehensive study on Canadian retail trade investment practices and help your organization become more effective in a rapidly changing retail environment. This study is a biennial review of the industry's retail investment spending which compates FCPC participating members' investment dollars to companies of similar size and/or category focus. The findings are used to develop benchmarks and measurement of growth, investment and resource deployment.

Compensation Benchmark
In partnership with Morneau Shepell and Korn Ferry International, FCPC conducts a biennial compensation benchmark study, allowing participating companies to assess the competitiveness of total compensation in their organizations. The study covers over 125 positions from senior management to hourly paid roles and includes insights into salary ranges, bonus policies, attraction and retention, performance and reward trends.
